I’ve spent my career helping companies better understand their customers and turn that understanding into measurable, profitable growth.

Over the last 16+ years, I’ve led and advised lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, and customer engagement strategies across retail, ecommerce, subscription, and SaaS businesses, working both in-house and as a strategic advisor to brands navigating growth and transformation.

What has always interested me most is the space where customer behavior, technology, data, and strategy intersect. Too often, companies invest heavily in acquisition, platforms, and customer data without connecting those pieces into a cohesive growth system. Lifecycle becomes reactive. Martech becomes fragmented. Teams stay busy, but growth stalls.
